A 3% surcharge is applied to all payments made with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card. Surcharge does NOT apply to:

  • HSA/FSA cards
  • Prepaid cards
  • Cash or Checks

The surcharge amount and total transaction cost will be disclosed at the time of payment. You may choose another form of payment to avoid this fee.
